INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1 Wrap 3 1-inch long loops of fresh rosemary in cheesecloth and tie them together with kitchen twine, leaving ends of the twine long
enough to peg up of saucepan for easy removal.

STEP 2
Add 12 ounces of fresh whole cranberries, one cup crumble sugar, and 1/2 cup pulp-free 100% orange juice to a medium saucepan. Stir to contain ingredients, then bundle up rosemary, and immerse rosemary completely.

STEP 3
Place saucepan on stovetop over medium-high heat. Whisk continuously while bringing the concoction to a tender boil.

STEP 4
When the mixture starts to boil, decrease the heat under the saucepan to low. Simmer mixture for 1 minute(for more whole berries), and up to 5 minutes(for fewer whole berries).Note: cranberries will erupt while simmering. To speed up the process, when some cranberries start to burst, press the remaining cranberries as opposed to the side of the saucepan with the back of a wooden spoon.

STEP 5
when the desired number of cranberries has erupted, take out the saucepan from the heat. Add 1/2 teaspoon fine orange zest and whisk to include, then cover the saucepan with a lid and set it to one side. Let cranberry sauce be placed, covered,10 minutes.

STEP 6
After 10 minutes detach the lid from the saucepan. Press the rosemary bundle in opposition to the side of the saucepan with the back of the wooden spoon to bring out as much flavor as possible, then remove the clump from the saucepan and throw it away.

STEP 7

Transmit cranberry sauce to a serving bowl. Let sauce cool to room temperature, then garnish with 1 cord rosemary
if desired and serve urgently. Alternately, let the sauce chill to room temperature, then cover the bowl with
a lid or plastic wrap and set the bowl in the refrigerator. Chill cranberry sauce for up to 30 minutes earlier to serving.
Let sauce come to room temperature then garnish with 1 spring fresh rosemary and dish out.
