Rolled Turkey Breast with Herby Lemon and pine Nut Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs turkey breast boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black paper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

Step: 1 Heat the oven to 350F (180C)
Step: 2 In a pot, mix breadcrumbs, pine nuts, parsley, basil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and black paper.
Step: 3 Place the turkey breast flat on a cutting board and massage with salt and black paper.
Step: 4 lays out the stuffing mixture finely over the turkey breast, leaving a small border around the lead.
Step: 5 Carefully wind up the turkey breast, beginning from one end, until it is a dense cylinder. Secure with kitchen cord.
Step: 6 Set down the rolled turkey breast on a baking sheet and scotch mist with olive oil.
Step: 7 Roast in the heat of the oven for one hour to 1 hour 15 minutes, or up till the internal temperature stretches out to 165F (74C)
Step: 8 Detach from the oven and let be laid for 10 mins before cut up.
Step: 9 Section the rolled turkey breast into wide rounds and serve with your favourite sides.
