Step: 1 Warm up the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Rule a rimmed baking sheet with foil and drizzle with nonstick spray.
Step: 2 Mix butter and molasses at once in a small bowl. Place salmon, skin-side down, on the arranged baking sheet. Lay out the butter mixture equally over the salmon. Scatter with Greek seasoning and spray with ½ of the lemon juice.
Step: 3 In the preheated oven roast it 17 to 20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Step: 4 Drizzle with last lemon juice and serve.
