Camarones a la Diabla

It’s a Mexican dish that is normally served as a main meal besides white or red rice.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 pound uncooked medium shrimp
  • salt to taste
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup ketchup, or to taste
  • 1 cup hot pepper sauce (such as Tapatio®), or to taste

Step: 1 Put a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter; now cook and mix shrimp in melted butter till slightly pink. Season with pepper and salt. Then add ketchup and hot pepper sauce. Continue to cook and stir shrimp for 7 to 10 minutes or till they are bright pink on the outside and the sauce is fizzy.
