  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch ground cumin
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Step: 1 First preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Step: 2 Then to heat a greased skillet put it over medium heat. Massage the chicken pieces with garlic, salt, pepper, and cumin to taste and put in the hot skillet. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until it is brown on both sides and is no longer pink.

Step: 3 Shift the chicken to a 9×13-inch baking dish, top it with salsa and cheese, (you can make some additions on top), and bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes till the cheese is bubbly and starts to brown.
