quick and easy apple muffins

A very easy apple muffin recipe that its bites are not too sweet! I added some extra cinnamon for some more flavor. Great for breakfast with tea or in the evening with coffee.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 cup apple – peeled, cored, and chopped

Step: 1 First Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C), and gently grease 12 muffin cups or rule them with paper muffin liners.

Step: 2 Take a separate bowl and stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir to mix milk, egg, and butter. Then stir the egg mixture into the flour mixture just till it is combined. Now fold in chopped apples. Carefully spoon the batter into arranged muffin cups.

Step: 3 Now bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes till a toothpick inserted into the muffins comes out clean.
