This one’s for you if you like garlic and spinach! Use it as an appetizer (sliced) or just cut it in half and serve with pasta sauce for dipping. This makes a meal for two!

Step: 1 Firat preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), then with a non-stick cooking spray spray a baking sheet.
Step: 2 Take a skillet or frying pan and put it over medium heat to heat the olive oil. Now add the garlic and saute for about two minutes until soft. Add spinach and cook till the liquid has evaporated. Stir in salt, pepper, Parmesan, and garlic powder. Take off from heat and let it cool.
Step: 3 Roll out pizza crust into a 10×14 inch rectangle, on a lightly floured surface. Lay out the spinach mixture and mozzarella cheese on top of the dough. Starting from one end, to make one large loaf, roll up the crust. Pinch the seam to seal. Put the loaf onto the prepared baking sheet.
Step: 4 Now bake in the preheated oven for around 20 to 25 minutes, till golden brown.
