This one is just the right recipe for fluffy pancakes, mainly when there’s plenty of butter and syrup. Use berries and cream to make it extra special!

Ingredients
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Step: 1 First, assemble the milk and vinegar in a medium bowl and put aside for about 5 minutes to make it sour milk.

Step: 2 Then take a large mixing bowl and mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. After that whisk the egg and butter into soured milk, spill the flour mixture into the milk mixture, and whisk till it is lump-free.

Step: 3 Place a large skillet over medium heat to heat it, and spray to coat it with cooking spray. Spill onto the skillet 1/4 cupful of batter, and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes till bubbles form and the sides are dry. Flip it with a spatula, and cook till browned on the other side. Redo with the leftover batter.
