Step: 1 Take a shallow plate or bowl and mix flour, seasoned salt, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and then put the eggs in another shallow bowl.
Step: 2 Now Shake or roll the chicken pieces in the flour mixture and put on a platter. After that dip each chicken piece in the egg and again roll in the flour mixture.
Step: 3 Take a deep-fryer or large skillet and heat the oil to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step: 4 Fry the coated chicken pieces in hot oil for around 5 minutes on each one side, Then cover the skillet and cook on lower heat for 10 minutes. Take off the cover turn up the heat, and fry on each side for about 5 minutes to make the chicken crispy. The chicken is done when it’s no longer pink inside and juices run clear. An instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
Step: 5 Drain the fried chicken on paper towels and keep warm in an oven till you serve.
