Easy Spicy Mexican-American Chicken

If you are Mexican and love spicy chicken. I tried to re-create one of the spicy chicken dishes at home; this is how it came out, and I love it! It is very spicy, tasty, and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • cooking spray
  • 4 chicken thighs
  • ½ cup Mexican-style hot sauce (such as Valentina)
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar, or more to taste
Easy Spicy Mexican-American Chicken method

Step: 1 Warm up the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Take a small baking dish and grease cooking spray.

Step: 2 Put the chicken thighs in the arranged baking dish. Mix hot sauce, paprika, cayenne pepper, and brown sugar in a bowl; Spill over chicken thighs. And cover it with foil.

Step: 3 Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Take off the foil and continue baking for 20 more minutes, or till the chicken is cooked through and the sauce becomes thickened and starts to brown. Use an instant-read thermometer and insert it into the center of a thigh, should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
