Taco-Seasoned Salmon

A recipe that is created on my own. I wanted to try Mexican food but only had the seasoning, fish, and some other ingredients. So I made this to cure my craving, and it was a success.

Taco-Seasoned Salmon method
Step: 1 Take a skillet and heat vegetable oil over medium heat. In a shallow bowl mix bread crumbs and taco seasoning together. Press salmon into bread crumbs mixture till it gets evenly coated. Carefully toss between your hands so that any bread crumbs that haven’t stuck can fall away.
Step: 2 Put the breaded salmon onto a plate while breading the remaining; but do not pile. Now cook the salmon in the hot oil for about 4 minutes per side, or till it flakes effortlessly with a fork.
