Air-fryer tuna pasta

Try this comfort food classic with your air-fryer. That is topped with mozzarella, serve it hot with salad or your favourite sides

Step: 1 Warm the air-fryer to 190C. Into a heatproof dish tip the oil, onion and garlic and air-fry for around 3 mins. Then add tomatoes and chilli flakes, optional, along with some seasoning. Air-fry for the next 5 mins.
Step: 2 Lessen the temperature to 170C. Mix in the cooked pasta, tuna, most of the mozzarella and parsley. Disperse over-the-top reserved mozzarella.
Step: 3 Air-fry for around 5 mins till golden, now cover with foil and cook for the next 5 mins or until bubbling. Serve hot with salad, and enjoy.
