This recipe I use instead of kidney beans and rice because I just love the flavor of black beans. You’ll never have the leftovers of this trapping!

Step: 1 Place a saucepan over medium heat and heat the olive oil, then cook and stir in onion and garlic in hot oil for 5 to 7 minutes till softened.
Step: 2 Now stir in the water, black beans, cumin, and beef bouillon cube into the onion and garlic mixture, drive it to a boil, then add rice, cover, and gently boil for about 20 minutes till the rice is tender and the moisture is absorbed.
Step: 3 Carefully stir the Creole seasoning and cilantro into the beans and rice, ready.
